On Tuesday August 11 we took the day off from fishing and went to Silver Dollar City. We all enjoyed our day. The weather was perfect. We listened to four different singing groups.


I had not been to SDC since I'd left Springfield in 1983. There has been many changes and yet some things were the same as back then.


One thing I had forgotten was how HILLY that place it. Mother did really well going down but then we had to push her back up.

Roger had never been so it was quiet and experience for him.
