It's Sunday afternoon. Happy Birthday Nathan. He is 23 today. Wow. We took a drive out to the mighty Mississippi to see some eagles.

Actually this is some pelicans on the water. Can you see the ice?





This was a pelican in flight. Huge birds.









I wish I could have been closer but if you look very carefully you will see his white head.

"They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount with wings like an eagle."..... I tried to get one in flight but my camera is not fast enough.
